Goals
The main goal for Perrigo Portugal was to build an advertising strategy across all their product brands and to have a simple process and workflow between all teams. Also was an important goal to define campaign goals through measurable KPIs for each brand and reporting. The brands worked were: Antigripne, Arterin, Bio-Oil, Vitacê, Caladryl, Cellulase, Colgate, Jungle-Formula, Lactacyd, MentalAction, Neo-Sinefrina, Niquitin, Paranix, Pedisilk and Viterra.
Results
The biggest result was for all brands to have an established ads strategy working on the ongoing bringing results and with the same approach and not every brand working by itself, not organized and with different directions or online advertising goals. With this, the numbers came with no surprise... over more than 100 000 000 qualified impressions, 4 000 000 website sessions, 30 000 000 video views, 500 000 websites key events, among others.
Action
For every brand we implemented first Search Campaigns with an ongoing budget to show and interact with the users searching for keywords related for each product. With this traffic we started to build audiences per product. Later we worked with those audiences to find more users with the affinity with the products and communicate with them throught other channels and campaigns like Facebook/Instagram, Youtube and Display (only with Image ads). So the Search campaigns were the base for the rest of the strategy to impact the target audiences with tematic campaigns. For we to understand the quality of the traffic we defined alongside Perrigo which were the main KPIs the product brands were looking for in terms of actions on the respective websites and this was crucial to build an sucessfull strategy.
